2025 – present
Founded D2dcodes to help stakeholders rapidly prototype ideas with LLM tools before committing to hire a team or invest further — full lifecycle delivery for clients in Hong Kong and South Korea, including a custom in-house CRM for a logistics company and a near-expiry inventory pilot with Greenprice integration. It's currently on hold while I consider a return to full-time work.
Strategy is where I'd say I'm strongest — self-developed rather than taught at a big-name firm. I still enjoy vibe-coding on the side, and I try to stay coachable: genuinely like learning over defending what I already know.
2019 – 2022
Worked with clients to define business goals and translate them into clear technical specifications and product roadmaps. Managed vendor relationships and system migrations, and delivered UX improvements on WordPress and Webflow platforms. This is where consulting properly became the job, not just a phase of one.
2015 – 2017
Led a team of web developers delivering websites, web applications and partnerships for major clients including Marriott International, Grab, and Citibank. Designed and launched WordPress website templates that ended up sold across 12 countries. Also coordinated product training and sales strategy with the Business Development and Account Management teams — an early taste of sitting closer to strategy than pure delivery.
2012 – 2015
BSc (Hons) Computer Science. This is where the foundation got laid — and, unrelatedly but not really, where the Liverpool FC obsession got a permanent home.
Liverpool FC, through and through. What draws me in isn't just the football, it's the front office: signing and developing the right players, building a culture people want to be part of, hiring staff who make everyone around them better, club affiliations and market opportunities, bringing modern tech into how clubs operate, and infrastructure that outlasts a single season.
I follow basketball front-office operations too, for the same reasons. And I'm curious about something more specific: whether greater sports exposure in Asian countries could open real financial opportunity for individuals and families there.
I'm building Christian community with close friends — offline networks, and the tech infrastructure to support them, so the connection isn't limited to a screen.
Different places, different jobs, same instinct — see what's possible in someone or something, and help build the structure for it to happen.
